Of making spaghetti and it was better than the first (sauce too diluted and I used minced pork which was hard to chew cos I cooked it for a tad too long). This time the sauce was just nice and I used minced beef which did not turned lumpy like the pork. But I should have chopped the capsicums into smaller pieces and cooked them a bit longer. They were still kinda hard but Al finished 2 big plates. I can always count on him to be so encouraging. Haha. I think the third attempt would be much better? I hope.
