Yesterday, I paid the remaining amount of the renovation costs to YP and completed a survey form of her service that is required by her company. Well, I didn’t give her a very good review cos i find her too passive when dealing with us plus some other issues we had with her. I felt bad that I gave her the rating but I want to let her know that the service level could be better. Just hope that she will be positive about it. 😦
Am I too harsh?
