RMH

its my first visit to RMH (Raffles Medical Hospital) and i am actually quite impressed with the staff there.  i was quite lost and had to check with the staff where to take which lift, where is the restroom but they showed absolutely no sign of impatience and were very helpful indeed.  the nurses performing the MRI on me were also very friendly and tried to calm me down by explaining what i will experience during the MRI.  everyone seems very friendly and patient, even the doctor who saw me.   this is completely opposite to the negative feedback i gathered from some friends and the news..
