This morning I received an email from Jetstar stating that details of our flight has been changed. I panicked. What has been changed?? I really can’t tell from the email so I checked back to my own records. But I still can’t figure out what.
A phone call is therefore necessary. Well, I had to made 3 calls before I can speak to someone. The first 2 calls were disengaged for god knows what reason while I was punching in the options. Finally when I managed to talk to someone alive from the other end of the phone, I asked “so what was the change to my flight itenary?” The someone replied “oh mam, it’s the arrival time back to Singapore i.e. 2130 as opposed to the original 2135”
Oh Jetstar, who cares about the arrival time. Now you had better make sure that we arrive at that time else I will lodge a complain on that!!!!
Total waste of my time.
